Dojo Fit®

Dojo Fit® Kickboxing Bag
Martial arts-based workouts combine cardio fitness, speed, and power with kickboxing moves that challenges every muscle in your body. A high energy workout incorporating self-defense techniques that will jumpstart your metabolism while lowering your stress to set you up for a more positive and productive day.
Dojo Fit® Strength & Conditioning
This class is a structured approach to training that delivers maximum return for your effort in a short period of time. Strength and Mobility training brings a whole package of benefits, including a greater sense of balance, lower risk of injury, maintenance of joint health, and overall better movement.
Suspension training works by challenging your body in conditions of instability. Your body is working hard integrating strength, mobility, and balance. TRX training is good for any age and any level of fitness.

Kids Classes

Kinder Kicks (Ages 4 - 5)
A high energy, fun class for preschoolers and kindergartners. Our Kinder Kicks program works on balance and coordination skills, while introducing martial arts basics in preparation for Dojo Kids.
Dojo Kids (Ages 6 - 12)
Dojo Kids gain the tools, confidence, and courage necessary to make healthy, daily decisions. We focus on the five pillars of martial arts – Respect, Integrity, Courage, Effort, and Strength – while in the Dojo, at home, and in school. Success in Dojo Kids can overflow into school and personal life. The unique drills are designed to work speed, focus, and power, and can also have a positive crossover effect on performance in other sports.
Black Belt Club (Ages 8 - 12)
Black Belt Club is an exclusive and elite group of students who automatically qualify for our Jr. Leadership Program. Earning your place in Black Belt Club is a sign that your instructors see progress in your skills, the interest in learning and improving them, and the potential to not just become a black belt but to also excel as a martial arts athlete. The character development aspect of Leadership is woven throughout all the many parts of the Black Belt program.
Jr. Leadership Program
Members of the Black Belt Club will be mentored in leadership skills as they volunteer to assist teaching in Kinder Kicks and Dojo Kids classes. Leadership training improves self-confidence and prepares kids to act as role models, work as a team, assist those in need and set goals. Leadership training spills over into the schoolroom, leading kids to participate more in class and strengthen their public speaking skills. Our more advanced students will qualify for our Jr. Instructor Program which can lead into our student employment program.

Teen/Adult Classes

Teen Martial Arts
Develop positive character traits such as perseverance, goal setting, respect, honor and discipline. Earn your Black Belt! Join the ever-increasing number of teens who realize the power that a Black Belt has on college applications and job interviews.
Adult Martial Arts
The adult martial arts program will help turn back the clock through agility, flexibility, and focused training. We will strengthen your body and help you to continue to set positive goals in your life. Be empowered!
Parent/Child Classes
Work out as a family and enjoy the full benefits of martial arts. Fun program for parents to join their kids and learn together. What’s more, it’s the perfect opportunity to bond with your kids and establish a deeper connection that can last through the years.
Safety Awarenss & Self-Defense Classes
Self-defense classes help to improve awareness of your surroundings. Let us help you to build the skills that develop the techniques to stop your opponent. Knowing that you have the ability to defend yourself through awareness and physical training can bring a greater sense of self-confidence and empowerment.
