Sifu Elisabeth (“Lis”) first discovered martial arts in 2008 during her freshman year in college.
Her practices included Aikido Staff, Tae Kwon Do and Jiu Jitsu.
In 2011, she began her training at The Dojo and now holds the rank of Nedon in Tactical Kenpo.
